Here,
I am showing how to convert html to PDF using Kodular, Thunkable, Appybuilder
I have Created an API to Convert it.

You have to use Web Component  and set URL after that 
Use Web Post Text with Build Request Data
and make a list
after that save the text response which you got using File Component 
Note*  Extension should be .pdf 
then It is successfully creates HTML to PDF
